Enjoy Badab-e Surt Springs in North Iran

Located in Iran’s Mazandaran Province, the beautiful springs of Badab-e Surt, which are also known as colorful springs, attract many tourists.

Badab-e Surt has two springs with waters that each have their own color, smell and taste. One is salty and the other is sour and sweet!

The salt spring is a small water pool that is usually used to swim in summer time and is beneficial for the treatment of back pain, legs, rheumatism, migraines and skin diseases, but the other spring, which is located near the previous one, has yellow water, leaking from the rocks and bringing iron oxide to the surface from the bottom of the rocks.
